heads of state, education ministers, experts and representatives of civil society are meeting in Moscow September 27 to 29 to study ways of improving access to education and protection of children. They are the participants of the first global conference called "Education and the protection of early childhood: Building the Wealth of Nations", organized by UNESCO - United Nations agency for education, science and culture - the Government of the Russian Federation and the City of Moscow.
