Another fire broke out in the 4th reactor at the Fukushima plant for reasons still unknown, according to the Agency for Nuclear Safety in Japan.
Reuters reported that two workers are missing in the central Japanese officials have said that there was a break in the roof of the 4th reactor at the Fukushima plant.
